Rusty the red neck wallaby 10 may 2014

Our latest arrival is Rusty the red neck wallaby, just about soft release size, but way way too tame, she's in lovely condition, so she's going to learn to be wild with us here and the other wallabys.

Kept her  in the soft release with Ned the other red neck for a few days, to bond, they they can both go out on day release!  She's very soft and loves a pat, but not to much of that now, got to slowly wild her up

Rusty is going so well, she's bonded with ned & they are inseperatable, both still learning and haven't yet got the message to hide in the bush when the powerfull owl is hooting in the tree's. Ryan (now a big roo) has been hanging around with them, but I think it's to get some roo nuts!

rusty Soft released well, and today we still have Red neck wallabys that have lovely deep red rumps and colouring so much brighter than the existing wallabys.
