Profit from our online shop goes towards our wildlife in care and released. After the 2019-20 bushfires and floods we are trying to rehabilitate the land for the wildlife. Feeding, providing nest boxs and doing what we can to bring the land and wildlife back to pre bushfire and settlement state.

Change your mind? no problem we will refund cost of item (not postage of course) within 30 days and credit after that. Must be in original condition and packaging so we can resell.

As a small business we pride ourselves on exceptional service above and beyond bigger businesses.

WE NEVER EVER do any form of crowd funding or have ever had anyone ever do fundraising for us.

Our online shop is our only source of funding for our wildlife refuge.

WE TAKE NO DIRECT DEPOSITS TO OUR BANK OR PAYPAL ACCOUNTS . We prefer ALL payments to go though our website in the normal manner with credit cards, apple pay, afterpay, paypal etc With cheques being discontinued and you cannot pay online through our website call or email us and we can call you back and take address and card details over the phone payments with 'Square' Cheques are being phased out in early 2026.

We are 40 minutes from closest post office and the Australia post van picks up from post office 12pm. most days. We go in 3 days a week.

Yes we are trying to care for the wildlife and country they need to live on. It is steep and challenging country, nestled in the blue Mountains National Park.
