Latest Wildlife camera's we are using

No we receive nothing for letting you know

All camera's have their issues from time time. What your looking for in a wildlife camera is the following

  • Speed, how quick will it take a photo from detection of movement. We go for .1 or .2 of a second or you see nothing or just a tail. This is  a REALY important feature
  • Quality of image. he 4Mb etc they refer to is NOTHING like what a normal camera takes. Most camera photos are interloped .. the camera adds more pixels which are just repeats of whats there so NO QUALITY IMPROVEMENT Absolutely not.  In fact, most megapixels ratings on trail cameras are interpolated.  this current camera seems to give best quality f all rail cameras especially for price
  • No batteries or solar power, we prefer solar but a lot of  rainy days mens less or no photos
  • Angle width wide is good but its about how YOU POSITION the camera. you dont want subject walking left to right . we find it best if they come come towards camera at 45 degree angle we can get most information on health etc.
  • Practice and more practice is what its all about, move it around and look and learn.
  • Adding extra glue around fitting on back of sola panel to strengthen helps it last longer when pigs, fighting kangaroos or low fling wombats knock it over!
